How to Submit Your Work to Arts to Hearts Project

Submitting your artwork to Arts to Hearts Project is quick and artist-friendly. Follow this step-by-step guide to ensure your application is completed successfully.

Login / Create Your Account

  • Click on the "Submit Now" button.
  • You will be prompted to log in or create an account.
  • Once you log in, your account will automatically be created on our dashboard—even if you don't complete payment immediately.

Tip: If you log in but don't finish your submission, we will send you email reminders to help you complete it before the deadline.

Fill in Your Basic Details

Once logged in, the application form will appear. Fill in the required fields:

  • First Name & Last Name
  • Country & Full Address
  • Phone Number
  • Website (if any)
  • Instagram Profile Link

This helps us correctly credit your work in case of selection.

Select the Number of Artworks to Submit

Choose how many artworks you want to submit for this open call:

1, 3, 5, 10, or 20 images

You may also select optional add-ons (if available) to enhance your submission.

Complete Payment

Pay according to the number of artworks you've selected.

Once the payment is successful, you can proceed to the next step.

Note: If you can't complete your submission immediately after payment, don't worry! You can log back in anytime before the deadline—we'll send you friendly reminder emails.

Upload Images & Final Details

After payment, you'll be asked to:

  • Upload a clear image of yourself (for artist profiles & features)
  • Upload high-quality images of your artworks
  • Provide artwork details – title, size, medium, year created, and a short description.

Review & Submit

Check all details carefully.

Once submitted, you'll see a confirmation on your dashboard and receive an email confirmation.

Reminders & Deadline Policy

If your application remains incomplete, you will continue to receive reminder emails until the submission deadline.

After the deadline, the application form will automatically close, and no further submissions will be accepted.

After You Submit

  • Your application will be reviewed by our curatorial team & art professionals.
  • Selected artists will be notified via email after the review process is complete.
