What is Arts to Hearts Project?

Arts to Hearts Project is an international arts platform offering career-building visibility for artists through curated books, magazines, exhibitions, and open calls. We have published 30+ books & magazines, featured 30,000+ artists across 50+ countries, and are followed by galleries, collectors, and curators worldwide.

Who can apply to your open calls?

Our open calls are open to all artists worldwide—emerging, mid-career, and established. All visual art forms are welcome: painting, drawing, photography, illustration, textile art, digital art, mixed media, and sculpture.

How do I submit my work?

  1. Login/Create an account on our website.
  2. Fill in basic details (name, country, website, Instagram).
  3. Select your submission package (1, 3, 5, 10, or 20 images).
  4. Complete payment.
  5. Upload your profile image, artwork images, and artwork details.
  6. Submit & confirm – you'll receive an email confirmation.

Can I submit images of sold artworks?

Yes. You can submit sold artworks, as long as you own the rights to the image.

Can I submit artworks that have been exhibited elsewhere?

Yes. As long as you hold the image copyright, previously exhibited works are welcome.

Who owns the copyright to my artworks after submission?

You retain full copyright to your work. Arts to Hearts Project does not claim ownership of any artwork submitted.

How will my images be used?

By submitting, you grant Arts to Hearts Project non-exclusive permission to use your images only for:
✔ Curatorial review
✔ Publications & promotional materials related to the open call
✔ Social media & marketing to promote your feature
Your name will always be credited wherever your work is shared.

What are the submission fees?

Fees depend on how many artworks you submit:
1, 3, 5, 10, or 20 images (rates listed on the open call page).

Are there any add-ons?

Optional add-ons (e.g., customized interview feature to get published on our website) may be available.

Is the fee refundable if I change my mind?

No. Fees are non-refundable, as they cover curatorial, editorial, and publishing costs.

What if I log in but don't pay immediately?

Your account will still be created, and we'll send you email reminders to complete your submission before the deadline.

What if I pay but can't complete my submission immediately?

You can log back in anytime before the deadline to finish. We'll remind you until you submit.

Can I edit my submission after submitting?

No. Once submitted, the application is final. But you can save & edit before completing the final submission.

What happens if I miss the deadline?

Once the deadline passes, the form automatically closes, and incomplete submissions will not be considered.

What image quality should I upload?

High-resolution JPEG/PNG
Minimum 150 DPI (300 DPI preferred for print)
No watermarks or signatures

How many artworks can I submit?

Depending on the package: 1, 3, 5, 10, or 20 images.

How are artists selected?

A curatorial team or guest jurors review submissions carefully.

What do selected artists receive?

Publication in our books & magazines (sold globally)
Features on our website & social media (100K+ audience)
Long-term visibility in our archives
Real opportunities – many featured artists have gone on to sell artworks, secure gallery representation, and be invited to exhibitions

Can I submit to multiple open calls at once?

Yes! You can apply to as many open calls as you like.

Will my work be safe?

Absolutely. All submitted images are stored securely and used only as outlined in our terms.
